Rolls-Royce — a commission, not a purchase

Rolls-Royce · Automotive / ultra-luxury · Goodwood, GCC & international

Real QUBE client work, approved to publish. The numbers below came from the client at the time. They are not a promise of the same result for you.

The work

Rooms, launches, what actually happened

Midnight Sapphire Spectre, three-quarter front
A Phantom is commissioned, not bought. The sale is the commission.
Gold Spectre on a mountain road, Cape Town
Electric does not change the job. Silence still has to convert.
Arctic White Spectre, front three-quarter
Bespoke is a room. The close happens in private.

Private office held as the close

Register

Spectre and heritage as two languages of one brand

  1. 01

    Challenge

Bespoke was being treated as a brochure. Spectre, Phantom and Cullinan demand arrived as curiosity. The commission path — private office, materials, coachwork — was not a product anyone owned.

  2. 02

    What we saw

Rolls-Royce fails in public when it looks available. Growth here is invitation, silence and a room that can close a seven-figure object.

  3. 03

    Plan

Bespoke as the product. Private office as the sales floor. Digital as a door, never a shop. GCC commissioners held to Goodwood standard.

  4. 04

    What changed

Bespoke, private office and digital sat on one plan. Configurator sessions stopped being reported as demand.

  5. 05

    Result

Rolls-Royce could take a commission as a product — invitation, room, coachwork — without looking like a car that could be added to a basket.

Objective
Design brand, private office and commission path as one system so the brand could take a commission as a real sale, including the years of electric.
Audience
Bespoke commissioners, family offices, GCC high-net-worth clients, and people who will never be sold to in public.

What we did

  • Bespoke commission system
  • Private office as the sales room
  • Spectre and heritage as two languages of one brand
  • Invitation-led GCC and world demand
  • Measurement of qualified commissions, not configurator sessions

Parts of the work

Brand

Goodwood held. Availability is a failure of tone.

Creative

Coachwork, materials and silence as one visual system.

Digital / website

A door to a private office. Not a shop window.

SEO

Bespoke and model searches found with extreme restraint.

Paid media

Invitation, not interruption. The wrong impression is expensive.

Social

Almost none. Culture that can travel without a discount in the comments.

AI

Quiet sorting. A commissioner is never a chatbot conversation.

CRM

Commission, coachwork, delivery, the next commission.

Lead generation

A kept private office is the lead.

Sales / booking

The commission is the sale.

Retention

Bespoke is a lifetime. The second motor car is the proof.

Data / attribution

Invitation to office to commission. Sessions are not a KPI.

What happened next

The same commission discipline applies to every motor car that must remain unobtainable in public and inevitable in the room.
