Ferrari — desire as a lasting relationship

Ferrari · Automotive / luxury performance · Maranello, GCC & international

Real QUBE client work, approved to publish. The numbers below came from the client at the time. They are not a promise of the same result for you.

The work

Rooms, launches, what actually happened

Yellow Ferrari 296 GTB, three-quarter front
A waitlist is not a CRM. Desire has to become a configured car.
Ferrari 296 GTB on a London street at dusk
Halo from the track is not a road-car sale.
Rosso Ferrari 296 GTB, side elevation
The sale is the commission, held in a room that can close.

Market

GCC collector demand held to Maranello standard

  1. 01

    Challenge

Halo was doing the talking. Waitlist, configuration, dealer and collector relationship sat with different teams — so desire arrived as a film and left as a rumour.

  2. 02

    What we saw

Ferrari is not bought. It is allocated. Growth that pretends otherwise trains the wrong audience and hurts the brand.

  3. 03

    Plan

One path from brand heat to private viewing to configuration to allocation. GCC collector work held to Maranello standard. F1 halo kept apart from road-car sales.

  4. 04

    What changed

Halo, waitlist, viewing and allocation sat on one plan. A film view stopped being reported as demand.

  5. 05

    Result

Ferrari could run desire as a product — from heat to a configured relationship — without spending the shield on the wrong audience.

Objective
Build a demand system that treated a configured, allocated car — and the relationship around it — as the sale that matters, not a view count from the grid.
Audience
Collectors, waitlist clients, GCC high-net-worth buyers, and people who commission a car, not shop one.

What we did

  • Collector and waitlist system
  • Private viewing as a designed sales room
  • Configuration path as a product
  • GCC and world demand, structured separately
  • Measurement of real interest, not grid-side reach

Parts of the work

Brand

Maranello language held. Halo does not become a slogan.

Creative

Car, room and film as one brand. No borrowed supercar grammar.

Digital / website

The path is configuration and relationship, not a configurator toy.

SEO

Model, heritage and collector searches found with restraint.

Paid media

Spend on people who can be allocated. Empty reach is a cost.

Social

Culture that can travel without turning the shield into a sticker.

AI

Sorting for collector interest. Allocation remains human.

CRM

Waitlist becomes a record. Record becomes a relationship the brand owns.

Lead generation

Qualified collector interest. A form fill is not a client.

Sales / booking

Private viewing and allocation are the sales that matter.

Retention

The second car is the proof. Ownership is a programme.

Data / attribution

Heat to viewing to allocation. Film views are not the KPI.

What happened next

The same system extends to special series, heritage and the next allocation cycle.
