Architecture
One plan across brands, without mixing them up
Description of the work the client allowed us to share. Group revenue figures are not published here.
Event
Appointment and boutique conversion designed as the sales that matter
Market
GCC destination retail held to Paris standard
- 01
Challenge
Seventy-five brands cannot share a campaign. Group buzz was sliding into generic luxury advertising, while each brand needed its own sale — boutique, appointment, trunk, commission.
- 02
What we saw
LVMH is not a brand. It is a set of brands, each with its own sale. Louis Vuitton, Dior, Loro Piana and the rest do not want the same sentence. They want the same discipline.
- 03
Plan
Brand language held. Group measurement held. Invitation, digital, looking after clients and destination retail designed as parts of one plan — never a single blast with seventy-five logos.
- 04
What changed
Brand language and group measurement sat on one plan. Destination traffic stopped being reported as success.
- 05
Result
The group could talk about brands as products with real sales — not as a trailer for luxury.
- Objective
- Build a group plan that protected each brand's DNA and still gave the group a weekly number it could defend — from destination traffic to a kept appointment.
- Audience
- Brand clients, wealthy travellers, destination retail and group partners.
What we did
- Story structure for each brand
- Destination retail and flagship as rooms that sell
- VVIP invitation and client-care systems
- Digital that inherits brand codes
- A group plan for real interest, not empty reach
Parts of the work
Brand
Each brand keeps its codes. The group keeps the discipline.
Creative
Object, room and film as merchandising — not a mood film that hopes.
Digital / website
Brand sites that turn interest into an appointment, not a lookbook bounce.
SEO
Brand, product and destination searches found without collapsing into generic luxury keywords.
Paid media
Spend structured by brand job. Group awareness without a sale is incomplete.
Social
Culture that can travel without handing the brand to a trend.
AI
Help looking after clients, and sorting them. A brand remains human at the close.
CRM
A visit becomes a record the brand owns. The group never eats the relationship.
Lead generation
A kept private appointment is the lead. A newsletter is not.
Sales / booking
Boutique, trunk show, commission — each sale designed.
Retention
The second visit is the proof. Looking after clients is the product.
Data / attribution
Footfall is a cost. Brand conversion is the KPI.
What happened next
The same discipline applies to openings, pre-collections and destination programmes across the portfolio.
