CRM is not a filing cabinet
CRM is the customer records system. If sales will not live in it, it is a contact dump with a logo. Ranking leads, sending them to the right person, and tracking revenue have to be what the system actually does.
HubSpot and Salesforce are often set up as furniture. Fields exist. Automatic messages go nowhere. Marketing reports completed forms. Sales keeps a spreadsheet. Finance sees neither.
QUBE treats CRM as the system that runs revenue. Set-up, moving old data, the life of the customer, scoring (how ready someone is), sending leads to the right person, automatic follow-up, grouping people, credit for the sale, reporting, revenue dashboards — in that order of honesty. If the definitions of MQL (marketing qualified lead) and SQL (sales qualified lead) were written by marketing alone, start again.
How marketing and sales meet
Marketing finds the possible customer. Sales turns it into a sale. QUBE improves both. What matters is context, how fast you contact the lead, a next step, and a number both teams will defend. Anything less is a gap dressed as a process.
If this is already the talk inside your company, run a Growth Audit or contact QUBE.
